*The rates and APRs are as of 5/1/08 and are subject to change. The Home Equity Line APR is .50% below the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of each month. As of 5/1/08, the Prime Rate was 5.00%. The APR is subject to change monthly. The minimum interest rate will not be less than 4.00% and it may increase after consummation to a maximum of 18%. The maximum combined loan-to-value is 75%. Owner occupied, 1-4 family properties. **If you believe the property assessment on your tax bill is undervalued, a $275 fee may be paid for a bank appraisal. Property insurance is required. Flood Insurance may be required. Please consult a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest. A termination fee of 1% of the credit line will be imposed if the credit line is closed within the first 3 years. ***Other rate programs available for lower Line of Credit limits.
